Cheesy Beer Bread, so quick and easy.
3 C AP flour
1 T baking powder
2 t salt
2 T sugar
1 T Granulated garlic
12 Oz beer
1 package shredded sharp cheddar
6 T butter
Preheat oven to 375. Heat a #9 Griswold skillet(or what have you) melt the butter. Make a hole in the flour and pour in the beer. It will foam up but keep stirring until all mixed. Pour into hot skillet with melted butter. Spread cheese evenly. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until cheese is browned.

I also added a chopped jalapeņo to the batter, sliced olives would be good too.
