Update...and better news:
I spoke with Steve today and his Son-In-Law, Brock, both RKCC members by the way. Steve is doing much better and maintaining 90% or better oxygen levels without any assistance from home!
He didn't sound quite like himself and you could tell his speech, breathing etc. was not perfect...but it's better!
I just wanted ya'll to know. Steve is not a contributing member but he asked me to thank all of you.
