Crazy? My late daughter used to say I was lock 'em up and throw away the key crazy!!!

I knew that I was right on track.

When the wife and I would go camping up in Canada,I used to do all the cooking. Cast Iron Dutch Oven did all the work. Used to make roasts and everything in it.

One thing about cast iron cookware,it gets better with use and proper care. Holds the heat just right and no hot spots.
