they've done it to Ga....they have figured out the game, "pack" the vote count. Stacy Abrams can apply her plan anywhere....anywhere there's a fairly large metropolitan area that is....pick a state with no large cities!!!
It does help if you have a governor that is so caught in things that he cannot fight....thank you Brian Kemp
