I think it's being called SHELTERING IN PLACE.

Voluntary ... staying indoors except to get food or other
essentials ... (wine, booze ).

Can go outdoors but being urged to practice "social distancing".

Did most of my business via phone, e-mail and text.
The wine/liquor stores have been experiencing a boom as people
stock up because they are staying home.
All restaurants/bars are closed except for take out. All non-essential
businesses closed.
