Rub:
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, chopped right before mixing
2 teaspoons dried oregano ("Italian seasoning" based on thyme and oregano also acceptable)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika (not Hungarian paprika)
1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
