46.05a(2) outlawed (the carry of) brass knuckles, which included those "kitty keychains" and (e) called it a Class A misdemeanor. Those have been struck from the law, effective 1 Sept 2019.

IMO, the law was due to be cleaned up. Anyone could carry a 4-inch or 4-foot blade (without license) but they couldn't carry one of these? really?!?
