Agreed, if you look at the demise of so many game using the Winchester 94 , 30-30, it's hard to imagine one needs more. The difference is magnum calibers and scopes, allow one to shoot over 100 yards, when using older calibers, you have to truly hunt and be closer. One is hunting, the other is shooting. Pap.
