As per the GEC website (production totals page), your knife brand is "Great Eastern Cutlery" (GEC issues knives under other brand names including Tidioute and Northfield as well), and yours looks to be one of 12 knives made in this pattern with the "Exotic Mexican Bocote Wood" handle.
