Windsor Knife Enthusiast Registered: 08/12/15 Posts: 1872 Loc: Texas!	Scott (and others) have mentioned that the only way to get polished stag nowadays is on a model25 handle. That limits your knives to mdl25, mdl26, mdl27, mdl12-9", and mdl12-9" 14grind (all these with only leather-stag-leather mdl25 handle, of course). Earlier examples exist and they certainly look good.
