Thanks for the thoughts, but that is actually only affecting a very small number of folks in town- when you live at the water line of a river I don't really know what else you should expect!

Fortunately James lives way above town in the mountains, near our local ski resort and I'm a little over a mile from the river with plenty of elevation in between
