Tom,
I teach math & physics.

I just have been interested in Texas History all my life. I owe that to my Dad who used to read extensively about it. He was the genealogy expert of the family and had all of the old family Bibles.

We had kinfolks at San Jacinto and others that came with Stephen F Austin. My brother knows all their names and where they are buried.

Growing up, all of our vacations were to places in Texas. The Alamo, San Jacinto, Monument Hill in LaGrange, and various battlegrounds were amongst the destinations we visited.

There is a LOT of interesting facts in Texas History.
