So we have a 1911 thread running now and those guys are having way too much fun. I believe in the Glock platform and think it's the most popular striker fired pistol hands down. I like the simplicity, easy take down, flawless function, and in some cases easy conversion possibilities.
Only thing I demand is better sights. Mine have at least night or day/ night upgrades. Everything else is stock with internal polished parts, stock springs.
It takes time to master the short reset trigger but I like it alot.
Heres three of mine:
First is a Gen 3 G20, OD Green frame; TruGlo day/ night sights with a Glock 6" hunter barrel. Also shown is the stock barrel and a S&W .40 aftermarket for inexpensive plinking. Same magazine for all.
Second is a Gen 2.5 G27 in 40 S&W. Trijicon sights.
Lastly is a Gen 3 G30, Trijicon, sights, Crimson Trace laser grips, rail mounted light.
