Just looking at all these quality auto knives reminds me that a number of years ago,auto knives called "switchblades" back then were not of the quality now.

I remember back in the early 50's I bought a much outlawed "Wolf Killer" switchblade knife from an ad in,I think it was Field and Stream Magazine.

When it finally arrived,I opened and closed the blade a few times,then it was basically toast. So much for a $2.98 knife!!!

Just take a look at the Buck,Micro-Tec,Rat Worx to name a few. They are light years in quality in comparison to the autos of years gone by.
