I have both, and you will like both. The H1 is a bit soft as with typical stainless AUS-6 or 8, but bulletproof/unbreakable and carefree/totally rustproof, perfect for stashing, and easily touched up to very fine edge.

The beautiful Dozier will just cut and cut when others fall by the wayside. Does not take a fine edge, but that probably why it just keeps cutting with all those exposed ragged carbides at the edge. With care, staying off bone and out of hide, 4-5 deer before touchup.
