There is a saying along the lines of "first, buy the book". Along those lines I think the Wickersham and Gaddis books are must-haves for a Randall collector or owner or just someone who wants to know more. Wickersham has more eye candy pics but still a lot of good information. Gaddis has only B/W pics but more detailed information. Prices on those books vary widely so shop around.
