I know one thing that happened, Tom. You've received 2 OUTSTANDING # 19s!Seriously, beautiful serious knives that ,personally, I couldn't wait to cut the /)6(;|%^£ out of. I still have not been able to acquire a #19, but do hope to someday and fortunately this Forum will help,supply all of the ideas WITH photos to help select one.
