One thing about Bose knives that I admire and consider significantly superior to other knives is how well they cut and stay sharp. There are other extremely sought after and famous and expensive knives (fixed and folders) that can't keep an edge worth a damn. I use my knives hard and often and Bose knives are way above others in my experience.
