I did not know that you could order a thin versus a regular. I see in the options: BB - Brass Butt Cap DB - Duralumin Butt Cap NSB - Nickel Silver Butt Cap and the 2 types of Crows Beak Butt Cap or even a DOB for a Domed Butt Cap on a concave handle I have seen rounded butt caps and squared butt caps, but I am not sure how you designate the difference. That immediately came to mind when you posed the question because my Q2 2016 order was a Sergeant's with Stoddard-like options.
