The sheath is the worse for wear but the blade is original. Only several insertion scratches are somewhat visible. I just love crown stag knives! I am in need of a stone for this one though. Model 3-5" with beautiful red color stag with fingergrips and a compass in the butt and a croc sheath. Kent has carried this when deer hunting and has used it to dress several deer. I have used it in the field, and it slices through the chest of whitetails with No problem. I don't carry the crock sheath when I am hunting, I use the original one. Kent RKS #109
