My knives are due in tomorrow, September 27th. I figure that's about a week delay. It seems that there can be a variation in how finger grip handles are shaped. The shape can be somewhat rectangular, with fairly straight edges. Or the shape can have edges that are more rounded, particularly on the finger contour. I have medium sized hands and short fingers, and I prefer the rounded finger contours. Captain Chris Stanaback Knife Enthusiast Registered: 09/14/05 Posts: 12681 Loc: Central Florida	You can request "shallow" finger grips or simply explain that you require a standard sized finger grips and not over-sized finger grips. It you want to have a better chance of getting a handle that will fit, consider "single finger grip" as well. The center section is somwhat more narrow (or shallow). Hope this helps, Capt.
