I have had plenty of waxed sheaths that weren't marked. Have a model 18 in one now that is unmarked. In fact, I would say there are more vintage (60's-70's) pieces in unmarked waxed sheaths than marked.

The 10-7 should still be available.
I decided to stick with a 10-5 I have for the boat.
It also feels like a waxed sheath, but no W on it.
It is newer production from about 3 years ago.

Here's a waxed #1 sheath with white thread that I got in the 60's or 70's time period. (I also got a waxed #15; it is not marked.)
