Built 50 .357 loads today....50 more .38 tomorrow....those are damn expensive right now!!

Coach,
Yep,I have a Ruger Alaskan (44) too. Have a Diamond D Leather rig for it. Chest holster. They make great stuff.

Some years back I gave my close friend a 1911 in 38 Super.

It was worn by the Naval attaché officer in Pres. Roosevelts office when the Japanese announced the start of WW 2.

Wayne that is way cool. Rocky I have a catalog from Stoeger called The Shooters Bible 1950. It has everything you need to shoot, fish, camp, and most anything related to the outdoors.
I think this may this interest you, you probably know these things already about your Mod. 21. I have a Ruger from 1952 that has never been fired, I found this in an abandoned house.

Sid,
Shooters Bible reminds me of the Herter's catalogs.

Of course in the Herters catalogs their stuff was the choice of the world's professionals.

Of course the prices in the '52 Shooter's Bible look great but if memory serves me correctly, the average wage was about $40. a week maybe. Wayne

GHD....
your gonna love this!!!
slug arrived yesterday....installed this morning, when cleaning up, I noticed a part that I had left out....it was the "lock" keeper that now, was of no real use, however.....it left a hole in the side of the frame.....SOOOOOO....took it back apart put in the now useless part.....hole filled....looking good sooooo I'm in the middle of securing the hammer spring, and swivel....BING!!!! off it goes to a place I will NEVER find, in my remaining life....3 new swivels on the way from Midway....$20, and a week to wait....I order 3 as I'm quite sure I'll launch at least another into space....that will give me 1, or 2 for another time.....come to think of it....I probably should have ordered a few springs....I'm bound to "lunch" one before this is over....
