I thought a stamped S on the blade means SS , is that not correct. Maybe I'm seeing something else, the only picture I have is not very clear. I have asked the owner to confirm. Regardless, I thank you for your help . M

An S at the end of the Trademark Stamp does indicate Stainless Steel but the photo is not clear enough to see that and I have tied all my Photoshop Editing Tools but still can't tell. I would insist on a better photo as well as a photo of the back of the sheath and stone from the pouch as recommended by Tunefink.

Only becomes “special “ AFTER you buy it, and take it to the mountains, the woods , the streams, rivers, islands, kayaking, hunting/fishing/packing with your best friend; hiking/camping…music and surf fishing…..with your wife….& all with your son/daughter. Man……NOW it begins to become “special.” Where did you say that you could pick up this deal?

I love your reaction. YES! It is a damn serious knife and IMO one of the most attractive of all the RMK models. I have a couple myself. That is a good find. Enjoy
