I can't add much to what has been said. That is a beautiful knife, I really like the silver dollar. The handle is a handful for sure.

That is an interesting treatment on the 12 Heavy!

It is a handful

Somebody mentioned it being done by the "shop." But I suspect not?

That "ivory" won't crack, and I suspect it will be kept in the family.

Here is a killer 12-8 Big Bear if someone is looking for one. Not affiliated with auction, just a nice clean Bowie.

Well, I posted my knife this morning about 9 or 10 or so, then I cut firewood all day.

I just got in, showered, ate Supper, and got on the Forum.

Wow! I can’t believe the responses! It sure makes me proud!

Thanks to Doug Kenefick, the Randall Shop, and Behring, we got it put together.

Thank all you guys for all of the compliments!!!

I’m gonna sleep GOOD tonight.

Outstanding, unique Smitty Coach. And for anyone who enjoys knowing about our country’s history and the folks who lived it you could do one heckuve lot worse than reading about Texas and it’s Rangers.
Thanks for posting.

Duke, you got that right. I always enjoy getting a little schooling off to the side.

I think I have read every book there is about The Texas Rangers. The things they could do off the back of a horse were just amazing, they could lean down in the saddle and pickup a silver dollar at full gallop, also changed cylinders in their revolvers at full gallop. Jack Hayes is my favorite.
