This will get swept under the rug now, because left open, it's an avenue to keep after Trump....the never ending battle...it's funny, they say they want us to come together, then, turn around and attack the guy we support....can they really be that stupid???
I think not...they don't give a fat rats ___ about "unity"
reminds me of Kahn's last words in Star Trek.....

One of the first things they will do is to go after talk radio at least what I listen to. Rush, Hannity, Beck, Levin and I am sure there are more. Us 2nd. Am. advocates need to be careful that we don't become felons for some unknown reason. Maybe I am just being paranoid but I don't trust the so called dems. on anything and they just keep repeating the same old lies and some new ones. They are evil and now they have put a crook in the WH. with a commie backing him up and waiting to take over very soon. Who knows who is calling the shots?

After that, the left will allow DC to be a state, then Puerto Rico next, with 2 Senators each, the Republican party is now dead. Plus, every Republican run state will get nothing unless they bend to the socialists. Our America as we know it, is doomed. Sad days ahead. I feel bad for our grandchildren.

Sidney,
It is my belief that they will start moving "things" into class 3....and, as you said, make a felon out of many of us..."we're not stopping you from owning a gun" is what they will say....and, they will be right....hell, even Trump moved the "slide/bump fire" into that classification without even a mention....I really do not want to start a discussion on bump fires....I'm just say'n....if Trump could do it, just think what Biden can do, with just the wave of a pen...lets not even get into "high capacity" magazines.....how about restricting ammo purchases to 100(or less) per transaction....or less...."were not stopping you from buying ammo"....it'd coming....maybe after they pack the court....BUT it's coming

The only hope we have is the USSC, which doesn't offer much comfort. John Roberts is s piece of shit, not in the least bit conservative, much less a constitutionalist. He classically would like to legislate from the bench,

It will be an even split like the Senate, with 4 constitutionalist justices, and 4 left wing ideologues, with Roberts the swing vote. Guess where that will end up.

Historically the USSC has agreed to regulation, but not outright bans (1994 crime bill notwithstanding), and there has been some grumblings as Rocky says about classifying so called "assault weapons" as Title II, which puts them into the NFA registry. They would have an amnesty period to register, yes register, and the weapon would become a taxable item.

There are approximately 500,000 items currently in the registry, machine guns, suppressors, short barreled rifles/shotguns, AOW's, and destructive devices. The NFA branch cannot handle (never have been able to) the transfers and registrations they have now. The most inefficient group there is. Shocker. Individual transfers can take 6 months or more. Can you imagine if an estimated 20,000,000 additional weapons were added to the registry?

This is a backdoor way to have guns registered, which also historically was prohibited by law or court decision, I don't recall which.

Also consider notifying/registering with local LE if you have more than 100 rounds of ammo, any more than that will be defined as an ammunition "depot", along with having say 5 or more guns an arsenal, which also require special licensing.

Certainly there will be an excise tax on ammunition. Maybe 9mm will cost $5 a round when it is all said and done. Who could afford to shoot?

There are a couple Dem senators like Manchin from West Virginia that may not go the route of the anti-2nd people to assure he retains his job, but with the climate in DC and the shit bags in power, I wouldn't count on it any crossing over. Then you have the rino's like Romney and Murkowski from Alaska, I could see them breaking ranks and going with the dems.

What Joe says!!!
I'll add that I think they will move fast...at least with "executive orders"....things such as "high capacity" magazines and such....possibly moving certain firearms to class III....I particularly like #5....seems to be able to cover pretty much anything.....anyway, also seems to me that they may "test" the court....already the USSC has shown they are unwilling to get into anything that will cause mass upheaval...so, it kind of depends upon how the riots are going at the time...if not, then a court packing...they(USSC) know it, and will protect their order....so, they'll sit back, and let things roll....everybody is out for their own....after all are not the members of the USSC just politicians...in a way....back in an older time....the USSC rulings were not always followed....after all it is really just another section of the government...only recently has their voice been the absolute law...who gave them that power???

Class III NFA Weapons / Title 2 firearms are not as commonly known nor as straight forward as the Title 1 firearms. All class III / title 2 weapons fall into 1 of 6 different categories

1) Machineguns,

2) Short Barreled Rifles (SBRs),

3) Short Barreled Shotguns (SBSs),

4) Suppressors,

5) Any Other Weapon (AOWs) and

6) Destructive Devices.

Agree with Joe and Rocky,

I started reloading 12 years ago when Obama came in. There was such a run on guns and ammo that there was hardly any in stores. Then the powder and primers dried up.

After a year or so ammo became available again but at a much higher price and with limits on quantities you could buy.

If you have rifles, muzzleloaders, handguns and shotguns then we are all in the Arsenal & Ammo depot classification.

New York and many of its Counties have their own pistol licensing divisions where you have to bring your handguns in every five years for inspection and another license fee. Besides the implied control it is a money grab. If you call to schedule the inspection they tell you to come in with your check and renewal application only. They could give a rats ass about inspecting the guns.

Like Pap said the America we grew up in is doomed.

God Bless the USA, we need him now more than ever.

Anybody here, besides me cancelled their Amazon Account due to their censorship of Parler...as well as basically acting as China's clearing house for all the cheap crap they push on us...
I did without Amazon for quite a while(60+ years), I suppose I can do without them now
