Woke up to this news. I told my 15 year old this morning and her reply was. “Guess he should of wore a mask”. She has been attending in person High School since Labor Day week and they only have had 2 students test positive out of the 1900 students. They wear masks all day.

So much for this election.

It ain’t political. It is common sense.

At least until this damn thing is over.

I heard that wearing your mask doesn't prevent you from getting it, it prevents you from spreading it if you have it, so he would have had to been around someone that wasn't wearing a mask. Him not wearing a mask probably didn't have much to do with the fact that he now has it. But everybody has their different opinions.

It’s a shame we cannot pull together as a Country and all wear a mask. It has unfortunately become a political statement to either wear one or not. We will reap what we sow.

I’m so glad for you and your family Eric. How fortunate that you live where calm, rational problem solving is working in taking care of the children there. I hope that will continue as it seems everything regarding this virus is changing so quickly.....including adults’ opinions. Especially it seems when decisions and opinions are are based on arrogant, political chest thumping instead of calm, rational problem solving.
There are so many good reasons to wear a mask and none that make rational sense against it.

well.....as a "rational" adult...let's see here....
first we are told don't wear a mask...it does no good, then we are told wear a mask(only after the medical field collected enough for themselves)it "helps slow the spread"....now it seems it also, apparently helps defeat the virus as well????
then you have the WHO which stated it does no apparent good, then they change their minds somewhere along the line....
SO...now we should believe that if we wear a mask we will be completely safe....and save the world...if you choose not to wear one, you are somehow making a political statement....
