Searched all over here for info on paper micarta with splitting/cracks/checks ?
Found nothing so I make this post
What is the short story on this product. Can it be fixed at the Shop
Will it continue to crack etc. is it the end for the knife or just cosmetic Anyway have great day. I am heading to work. Few more years to go unless I stop buying Randall’s

The shop will not warranty it or fix it. I have a Baby-Dot #12-8" that's cracked, bow-to-transom. I plan on a photo essay and a re-handle parable!

Sounds like you might need the Behring address for a re-handle.

One I used to own on paper micarta.
Had it engraved also by David Perdue.
No pics anymore than these.
Wasn't cracked when I sold it but had a line on it like it was thinking about it.

That one was one of my favorite knives from the collection. All of your Indian Chief scrims were classic.

Sucks when you run out of money.

Thanks gents for the replies. It is not mine yet and the cracks are small but one has opened up a little Maybe a inch or so long I guess
Maybe a good one to pass up as it is not cheap either
