I'm starting a new thread about perennial flowers. I hope we can keep this going.
We have lots of nice plantings around here that boom at different times.
Show me some flowers. It would be great to see flowers from different climates. Maybe some that won't survive here.
Here's our Rhododendron in full bloom. It was bigger last year but it had to be cut back from the house.

Warren, Great idea! I planted this one 4 years ago. second pic...I will add a blossom pic once the ants are done with this peony bush.

First house had a beautiful row of white Peonies. I made the mistake of cutting some for the kitchen table. Not a good idea; ants everywhere.

Good thread but, at this point, it should be titled "stuff that won't grow in North Florida". It's been rough on my yard lately with high 90's and no rain for over a month. I will try to post a couple of pics soon of some of my "bloomers".
