This may be helpful. Whole cloves gound , you can get it bulk pretty cheap. Make a tea with it and drink it for anxiety, stress,insomnia. You can soak a cloth with it for external relief, healing of skin conditions and pain. My 80 year old mom uses it externally for arthritis and she gets a lot of relief.
