Two to two-and-a-half pounds (32-40oz). The meat is generally around 2" thick.

I'm used to flooping a 3/4-1" thick ribeye on a Very Hot grill (dome thermometer says 600F+). You can't do that with these -- you'll char the outside while the inside is still cold.

Would do those in my Webber kettle grill over Mesquite. Got a cowboy dry rub that would kill it.

This little girl is just 8 weeks old and ready for a new home. One of 5 from a neighborhood litter. What a face.

Neighbors had them out and about today. I tried to get some candid shots but they move too quickly. They're definitely fun to watch.
