Anybody seen one of these? one of 1000, my brother has a consecutive serial numbered one also. Dated 8/7/81. Looks and feels to be of good quality. It has never been fired and I'll probably never fire it.

Rails are a travesty.

On a 1911, they’re an atrocity. JMO.

My 1911 Colts.

Chief, I like the traditional 1911's too.

Top pre-series 70 38 Super.

Below that, 1911 A-1 two tone slide WWII era.

Bottom left 1911 Ace .22

Bottom right pre-series 70 .45 acp

This post made me nostalgic. Next week I go visit them!
