We booked about a month ago and hopefully that stays locked in... but yeah EVERYTHING we tried was higher that week for sure.

Gonna have to pass on Blade this coming year. Wedding planned for Memorial Day weekend.

I was able to book a room while at BLADE for 2018. Almost did not get a room for the 2017 show so I did not want to take any chances.

I wss going to stay at the Waverly for the first time after all these years. Oh Well.
I did reserve at the Residence Inn and they warned me that when the Braves were at home, everything was booked and prices went up. They now charge $5 per day for parking - a first for me at Residence Inn.
Interesting, the room rate went from $195 Thurs, $189/night Fri and Sat in 2017 to $169/night Thur, Fri and Sat in 2018. Tax rates went up. Hope that base rate holds.
Must be due to booking so early. Or, they did not remodel like they had hoped.

A couple of years ago Ex. Stay bumped us two days before blade. I made the reservation 11 1/2 months before. It started before the Braves moved in.
