I've been thinking the same thing for the past few days Chief. Must still be a work in progress. Probably took 'em a while to convince that hippo to give up a tooth.

The blade is getting blued now fellas- I'm off to Eugene for the Oregon Knife Collector's show over the weekend, so should have photos on my return here Tuesday. Get excited!!!

Allllllllllllllright ladies and Gents....

It's time to unveil the second round of the BMK Forum Build!!!!

So we have the hammer marked Chutte blade with gun blued hilt to match. Hammer marked blade with a couple of skulls to really set it off!

Blue spacers and copper surround an AMAZING piece of fossil, stained blue. This piece has been in the shop longer than Grant has, and I gotta say... using it here was a perfect call!

And of course the LARGE Copper pinned, Hippo tooth handle!!

This is a killer knife. Great job to all who participated on this!

Early in this build I pressured hard for a Chute blade and I'm happy to see it happen, but I didn't participate much during the build. This knife came out awesome. Great luck to the winner.

Wowie-wow. I didn't think I'd like the blued hilt and blade so much.
