I have 10 Randall knives from the 1956 catalog that were appraised 10 years ago. I need an up-to-date appraisal from a reputable dealer. My father recently passed away and he wanted me to sell the knives at the best price possible. Any recommendations?
I would think that any of the authorized dealers here could appraise them if you sent them in to be inspected. You won't get an accurate appraisal by photographs and description alone, but you might get a rough estimate

Thanks, Peter! I do have photos of each of the knives but would hesitate to let these knives out of my sight. I'll see what I can find as far as knife dealers here in Utah. Thanks again.
The dealers that Randall has chosen to work with along with Joe Dorsky are more trustworthy then anyone you will find in Utah... other than Peter Kaufman.

I think there are enough knowledgeable people on this site that you do not need to send the knives out. With some good quality pics i am pretty sure the collectors on this site could give you rough estimates on current value. Ebay is a good source too.

Any appraisals will require the knives, sheaths and stones to be sent out. That's required for Joe Dorsky (Randall's authenticator) to authenticate...or myself (Authorized appraiser) to appraise. Best, Capt. Chris
