I do believe that both of the drop points were shaped by Dave Griffin, however; I do not trust that the wooden one came directly from the shop...

As far Eric's 2nd group, I will reserve my opinion on what is being called a #2 for the moment, I am going to do a little reserch and get back with y'all...on the model 10 with the ivory scales, I am pretty sure it did not come from the shop this way, I was always told there was only one model 10 with ivory scales, and this is not the one, but the signature had to added on later, mostly by Pete or Dave...but, I have been wrong before...

Eric, can you tell us where and how you came to own these?

Scott, These were both bought from a gentleman in Lebanon OH. He stated he acquired them in 1996 from Rhett Stidham. Sold them to me earlier this year. He described the first knife as a Model 24 humpback. I liked it so I bought it. The only thing I know for sure is, I have no idea what example they may be. Any help is great.

Both of Eric's latest knives (the 24 "humpback" and the signed #10) are in the 1991 Stidham/Crider green catalog. The humpback is on page 35, #P-242 (Special Model 24 Guardian) and the #10 is on page 39, #P-302 (Special Model 10).
I have also bought a couple of knives from the gentleman in Lebanon, Ohio and found him to be a good man to do business with. He told me he bought quite a lot of knives out of the green catalog.
I bought this knife from him recently. It is #P-7 on page 35 of the green catalog. Rhett called it a "Special Model 2".

I also have this knife, which I got from an Amoskeag auction in January 2014. It is also in the Stidham/Crider catalog; #P-257 on page 36. Rhett called it a "Special Model 24 Guardian". It was authenticated by Perry Miller in March 2014 and Perry called it a "very unique boot knife" resembling a Gambler.
It bears a passing resemblance to Eric's "humpback" knife.

Looks like Buck nailed it. Good job sir! That Green Catalog just blows my mind with some of the odd ball and amazing stuff in there.
