3 blue Norton stones here, 2 with the Boxed logo, and on bottom one with the print only. The " combo print" and the middle "Boxed" Norton, both have the visible line showing the two sides of grit. The Boxed norton on top has the same grit on both sides. No point here, just something to look at.

I "think" the boxed Norton were used in the mid 50's and then again at a later date, but I don't recall when. Maybe mid 60's.

The two Boxed stones I have are most certainly different, one is combination, one is not...
