I call it a SaddleBag Knife. The knife was constructed around a set of old bone that was from the late 1800’s. This is a big knife at 5 ½” closed. I always wondered what the old one looked like. The bone has great color. What is really interesting about this bone is that the shield was already cut into the bone.



Tony replaced the old bent shield with one he made in stainless.
