These pictures are not good for my mental health but I thank you very much for posting them anyways. The second one looks like it can do a lot of good work. I wonder why it isn't in the catalog anymore.

I am with you Juan…I have always liked that pattern. I think that was called a 4” Clip, though the one above looks a bit larger.

Here is picture of another I was able to scan…its an updated version of that knife from the late 1980's. I have also seen them with a Wharncliffe Blade


When I was asked to remove the pattern from the catalog I was dumbfounded. I was told it was not a very popular pattern.

That looks like the perfect all-around knife to me. The one on your picture looks Perfect, with capital "p".
