This is a reproduction by Reese of a 5.25" Remington HTT Bullet. I'm not sure how old this pattern is but it goes back to at least the early 30s. This one sports some loverly bone from AG Russell(correction) and ATS-34 blades and springs. Like the Tony Dogshead, this knife has been around for a little while. Both of them are amazing knives.

The body looks like a 1273. Very pretty. The way those blades are swedged and slotted makes all Bose lovers stand up a little taller. Thank you Reese.

The HTT bullet was made only 1 year, 1930, for the Hunter-Trader-Trapper magazine. It is the same frame as the 1273.

Hard to believe that the magnificent Remington HTT was just a subscription premium for Hunter-Trader-Trapper magazine.

BTW, there are actually several other "HTT" knives that Hunter-Trader-Trapper magazine used as subscription premiums down thru the years -- none compare to the Remington HTT though. So if someone shows you a quite non-spectacular knife and claims it's an HTT knife, they might technically be correct.

Nice jig job. John is it your scanner that makes that bone look so appealingly light in color?
