I was sent a link to Bill's Facebook page for "Randall Knife Collectors Club". I assure everyone that this is, in no way, affiliated with our club. I have name recognition documented through the state of Florida for (both) the RKCC & RKCA...but we ain't on Facebook. I have 2 FB pages and am not happy with either one of them.

Chris, that group was started by a Floridian that goes by the name of Auturo Cortez. I have bought knives from him through the years myself, and have helped monitor members for him on his page there as well. I never noticed the same title of his page as your club. I have disassociated myself from his page because of the confusion.

I can see, if you were a part or parcel of it before, why your name would be associated with it now. Pity people cannot carry an original idea with both friggin' hands! Don't blame you for distancing yourself from a plagiarist.

Well, here in the 21st century, people have many avenues to persue. For instance, there are 3 different "Randall Made Knives" pages on facebook, none of which are actually RMK backed. Seems like anyone can create a page with any name that they want to. Just like he started his page.

My pages are mine alone, and I allow whomever I want to join, (and decline whomever I want as well) for free, and they in turn have the freedom to enjoy it without criticism and fear of being attacked by any member. I take great pride in that!

The reason for me "disassociating" myself from it is not because of any "plagiarism", but because I am not associated with your club.
