The reference to Harleys on the other forum got me thinking that we probably have quite a few riders here.

I picked up this beauty last year after being away from motorcycles for a while.

2018 Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports model. I have the urge to hit the trails too so I went with an "adventure" (dual sport - sorta) bike.

I added the panniers, lower engine guards, handle bar protection, bar bags, and touring windscreen, etc.

I love this bike; best of both worlds. Rides like a big cruiser on the highway and backroads - very comfortable. But its dirt DNA is evident the moment you hit the trails - she'll go just about anywhere.

What are you guys riding?

Thanks, Gary

Ps. Need to get me a Randall Knives sticker for one of the boxes.

Nice bike. I ride a super tenre at times. A bit of a pig off-road but good on the road.

My first and only bike way back when (early 60s) was a 1963 Harley Dual-Glide. I think that was the last year they made that model as then they started with the electric start (electra-glide).

It was about that time SAMF took over the company and pretty much drove it into the ground.

I think it wasn't until the mid 80s that the company was up and running well again.

I had a 1968 Honda Trail 90 back in 1968, does that count?

Pap,
That definitely does count with a plus as well.

Prices back in '68 for those good gadgets sound quite low in comparison to today's prices.
