South Carolina BBQ Sauce
1 ˝ Cup Yellow mustard ˝ Cup cider vinegar 6 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 Tablespoons Ketchup 2 teaspoons hot sauce 2 teaspoons Worchester sauce 1 teaspoon black pepper
This is a yummy and different sauce for pulled pork or brisket.

Supposed to be really good with ham sandwiches as well. Honey baked ham would be good with this too.

Sounds good, I'll save that for the future. Probably wont be doing much smoking with winter on the way.
One of the big differences between North and South. Down here winter is the best time to fire up the smoker. Plus, your beer stays cold longer in the winter.

You're lucky you live in a mild climate. Barbeque to me is Summer time, long days, warm, party time. We're approaching days with 9-10 hour's of daylight not to mention I know what comes next; cold and snow. It's ok part of the season's and I look forward to next year.

Middle of the winter ... snow ... no matter. I ALWAYS clear a path the to the grill, just a few feet from the back door on the deck. Of course I do also have a small grill that slides into the living room fireplace!
