The seller responded to me and asked a few questions about Randall knives. He stated he was not really familiar with Randalls.
I told him the Logo was made to look like an authentic Randall and it was a fake trying to look like the real thing.
He said he would change it to a 99 cent auction.
I am not sure if he is going to indicate it is a fake, but I told him other collectors would probably tell him it was a fake.
The listing was removed, but it is in Bulgaria so might keep a look-out for another attempt.

I think it's a "fair" listing

for a cheap price would have been a good one to have to show folks next to a real one, IF it would ever be sent to you from the seller.

It is not a "fair" listing. eBay policies are quite clear:

"We don't allow counterfeit items or unauthorized copies to be listed on eBay.
Items that bear a company's official brand name or logo can be listed, as long as the products were lawfully made by, for, or with the consent of that company.

Unauthorized copies may include items that are bootlegged, illegally duplicated, or pirated. These items may infringe on someone's copyright or trademark.

Counterfeit products are illegal and not allowed on eBay. Examples include: Fakes, copies, or replicas of brand name items.

If you're not certain that your item is authentic, or if an authenticator has been unable to confirm its authenticity, it may not be listed.

We may remove listings if we receive buyer complaints that the item is not authentic. These items may not be relisted."
