I received this beautiful knife about 6 years ago from a guy I worked with. When he gave it to me he told me it was his friend's that died in Nam. He told me it was very dear to him and he thought I would give it a good home. Things I know for sure is he was in the marines and was recon.
The 1-7 has his buddies name and service id on the blade also.
I am wanting to know the year of the knife and what kind of sheath. I may try selling this knife at a later date (not now).
Is there any way for me to find out about the guy who's name is on the blade?
