I talked to Janie yesterday and she said she is still getting peoples dues and request for new membership. She then has to return the money and a letter saying why. So do any of you have any idea how to get the word out that the RKS is no more. This is probably not the place for this post so feel free to move it to the correct place. Thanks for any suggestions.

My suggestion would be to send out a mailing, since they have a mailing list of all the RKS members and let them know that RKS has disbanded and to not send anymore membership renewals.

It would be a good idea to close that RKS bank and paypal account!
So no one can send money again!

I sent Janie, per Rick Bowles' request, a priority mailer with several checks and receipts from this year's "Blade" show. I also enclosed a check from me in the amount equal to all of the cash dues I received at the show, along with the member list/receipts for their money. That check has never been cashed.
This goes back 4 months or better. I would be more than willing to handle those members if you or she would return that priority mailer. That may help somewhat. Let me know?
Thanks, Capt. Chris

I always paid my dues two years in advance (usually by February.) Expiry was 2012. I believe I am due a refund for 2011. Will Mrs. Stidham get around to these refunds as well or should I make a specific inquiry to her directly?

Also, does anyone have the patches & stickers that were still available when Rhett passed on?

Thanks in advance to anyone responding.
