I am uploading a few pictures of a weird old knife I'd forgotten I even owned. I seem to remember from years ago that it wasn't particularly rare or valuable, but it's in need of some TLC and that would be easier if I knew what it is and who made it

Correct. The photos I posted show stag, which is "only" available on CDT models, which a Model #5-5" and the Combat Companion I posted, both qualify as being. Hope this isn't too confusing. Best, Capt. Chris

When ordering a Model #5-5" with sawteeth or sawteeth/ no sawteeth, you receive a Combat Companion blade. In the old days the shop made them custom...No more. Hope this helps, Capt. Chris
