Mr. Nugent,
I have to agree with you. That has always been a favorite pattern. Fluted bolsters add a nice touch as always.

Thank you John! What a spectabulous knife! I agree with j. on the fluted bolsters and what a piece of stag! The colors, the form, the fit. What more could a guy want in a knife? I know what I'm dreaming about tonight. Sorry Dolly and Sophia, Maybe some other time Allan |

I've got that ebay one in my hand right now. Let's just say it exceeded my expectations. I'd post a pic. but it's probably better to just imagine it than for me to try to take a worthy pic, I'll have to change my username to Nopics.. |

Wow! If I wasn't so ashamed of my picture taking ability, I would put mine up...although I will go on and admit that the stag on it doesn't come close to yours. |

It really doesn't get any better than that. Look at the edges on those blades. And one thing is the way they look , the other the way they perform. Believe me, they perform better than they look.
Over thirty five years ago I had a small German pocket knife that I used for years and I lost it. I then started looking for a knife to replace it. After decades of looking and buying all sorts of knives I ran into Bose knives by serendipity. Boy, did I hit the jackpot. I don't have any sons, I have a daughter but she knows all about knives, and it feels great to know that my TB knives will be in good hands for at least another generation.

Thanks Kerry. The hardest part of each day is not using it as much as I would like. |

Here's one more for you. This was my first and only knife made by Tony. I ended up needing to sell it a couple of years ago. It was a real beast! Enjoy! -Troy |

Hello, I have been looking to get one of these. I was wondering how hard this is going to be? I have been collecting Randalls for awhile. I just started buying some folders about a month ago and I have got to find one of these. I got my first T. Bose last week, a really nice desk knife. Would it be best to order one, or just keep searching? What kind of price am I looking at?
 Thanks Alot,
 Rick

Welcome to the club Rick...I have been collecting Bose and Terry Davis knives for about 12 yrs and have never bought after market. I order directly from the maker. Dont know if Tony still accepting orders. The makers prices are fair, you can get gouged on prices "after-market" |

Saddlehorns are a great pattern imho.
I seem to (lately) really like the single blade version but you can't go wrong with any version.

...Oh baby, you know what I like...
Now, THAT'S what I'm talkin' about!

Thanks, John. I picked up a single blade from another excellent maker at Blade and hope someday to be able to add one with the Bose name on the tang.

That’s a tuff one to call Mike…I really like that big-o potbelly spey blade.

I would have loved to see one in action by a guy like this… that used it as it was meant.

Probably safer to skin a buffalo (after it'd been shot) than to try to castrate it with a spey blade. (Don't shoot Mongo, you'll just make him mad! comes to mind. ) |

It's good to know that people from the past look forward in time and say: Wow, we never made them knives anywhere nearly as good as they do.
If there ever was a Golden Age of pocket knives this is it, boys and girls. And Bose knives are as good as it gets. When I put one of mine to work, it smiles back at me. Naughty old thing.
