Here's one from the early 60's, not ivory so it must be ivorite or paper micarta maybe? Don't know what the stains are either...

JP, it's funny because out of all the 12-6's that I have that one looks like it has a broader blade than the others, plus the handle seems larger than the one below it. Also, the Randall stamp is closer to the hilt than the other 2 are. It was the 3rd Randall that I purchased and I've since really come to appreciate the Model 12's. All I need to find for it is a correct Vietnam era JRB sheath and stone. I've been told that the differences are proof that Randalls are hand made knives and no two are alike.

Rob, That's a great looking 12-6! I love the brass hilt and brass butt cap w/brass nut. Thanks for posting. Burnie

I think one of the coolest "12 -6" is the Wostenholm I*XL that Perry has on his website, unique Sheffield/Orlando collaboration.

Thanks Burnie, I remember a few back when the model did nothing for me, funny how tastes change over time, it's now one of my favorites...the top one of Dan's last photo looks awesome too!

Dubie would like us all to see this "L'' Little Bear Bowie.
It was built by Tom Leschorn and scrimmed by Lisa Leschorn.
The trademark side shows salmon running upstream.
The opposite side shows the "Trinity Knot" Tom, Randall and Lisa forming the trinity.

Thanks for posting Kevin.

If you need helicopter rescue...Let us know.

If Sonya ends up preggie, blame it on the snow.

By the way, Gary laminated the Ivory/Ebony combination handle, and Tom shaped it and put the nickel silver spacers on it.
