It has nothing to do with "who" it's "when". No: Teeth size cannot be specified. The smaller teeth occur when the stone wheel that is used to cut the teeth into the blade is "new and fresh", therefore the edge is sharper and less "angled". The more the wear...the larger the teeth. Hope this helps, Capt. Chris
